How to Shop
There is a main menu / sub-menus on the left side of the screen. This has been designed to be intuitive so you can easily find the product you are looking for. To make it easier, the same product will often be in many categories so your search for them can be successful.
Of course you can always using the search facility at the top of the shop screen to find a product by its name (eg. heartgard, frontline, sentinel) or a keyword (eg. fleas, worms, grooming)

Product Options
Many products have options (eg 3 or 6 pack, 250ml or  500ml container). Such products will have a dropdown menu with its particular options listed and the price of that option. If all a product's options are the same price (e.g. colour) the price will be displayed separately

Some products are often bought in larger quantities. Many of these are cheaper when purchased in bulk. The reduced price is automatically calculated depending on the quantity you choose. The reduced price will be seen in the shopping cart.

Weight of Order
As you add products to your cart, the weight of each product is being recorded. This weight is presented to you prior to final order confirmation. It is used to calculate freight costs along with delivery postcode or country. See more details on postage here


You will need to provide us with enough detail to deliver the order accurately and to contact you regarding the order if required. All the information you enter stays confidential. We don't give these details to anybody else. See our Privacy Policy here.

Order Status

You can see if your order has been processed / dispatched by logging in via 'Your Account' and looking at 'Current Order Status'. You need to have given a password when you placed your order to access this function

Refunds & Returns
If the product you order is not what you expected, doesn't fit etc you can return it to us in original condition within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Many products have warranties so if it becomes faulty contact us and we will see if a replacement is possible. Refunds are done via our payment gateway against the original transaction. You do not need to give your credit card details again. The address to return goods:

All prices presented in the Australian section of our shop include a 10% GST (Goods & Service Tax). A Tax Invoice which conforms to the requirements of the Australian Taxation Office will be issued with your order. Visitors shopping from a delivery destination outside Australia aren't required to pay the GST however they must have selected their country at the top of the page before beginning to shop to see the GST free pricing
If Australian shoppers inadvertently shop in this section, a 10% GST is added to their order cost at check out if the delivery address is within Australia.

Information We Collect
There are times you will be required to give us information about yourself. This information is only collected for the accurate delivery of orders and for us to maintain contact with regarding the site. You have the options to opt out of our mailing list at any time. Secure Shopping
To provide the greatest possible security for credit card transaction at VetStop we use a specialist third party for payment processing.
